At ZoneDiyra, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Request Period All return or refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Products: An unboxing video clearly showing the damage is mandatory. Without this video, the request cannot be processed.
  • Missing Items: An unboxing video showing the package contents is required. If confirmed, a refund will be issued for the missing item(s).

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
  • Electronic products.
  • Products marked as non-returnable in the product description.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

5. Return Shipping Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Parcel Rejection If a customer refuses to accept a delivered parcel, 2x the original shipping charge will be deducted before issuing any refund.
