Shipping Policy This shipping policy applies to orders within India only.

Processing Time Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends are dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Time

• All orders: 7-10 business days after dispatch
• Some pincodes may take up to 15 business days

Delivery Charges Shipping charges depend on your delivery location. Please check your order summary for exact charges.

Our Carriers We deliver via DTDC, BlueDart, and Ecom Express depending on your pincode.

Order Tracking Once shipped, tracking details will be updated in your order. Contact us if you don't receive tracking information.

Failed Delivery If delivery fails due to wrong address, absent receiver, or customer refusal, the package will be returned and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies after dispatch. In rare cases, transit issues may take up to 45 days to resolve.

Bank Holidays We do not deliver on bank holidays. Delivery will happen on the next working day.
